Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a private equity firm in downtown Chicago.  We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a direct hire role.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and coordinating complex and frequently changing travel and logistics for domestic and international flights
  • Organizing, allocating and submitting multiple complex expense reports using Concur
  • Drafting correspondences and thank you letters
  • Arranging ground transportation for meetings, travel and events
  • Maintaining complex professional and personal calendars by prioritizing meetings, meeting requests, events and calls
  • Screening phone calls, effectively taking messages and interacting with people across all organizational levels in a professional manner
  • Assist in coordinating events, such as advisory board meetings and annual investors meeting
  • Entering and updating information and contacts to multiple databases
  • Managing and maintaining an organized and easy to use filing system

Working Knowledge of:

  • Expense reporting software Concur
  • Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and mail merges
  • Microsoft Outlook and general email
  • Adobe Acrobat or other document editing programs



  • 5+ years relevant, current experience as an executive assistant (PE or comparable industry experience preferred)
  • College degree

75K – 90K – Salary depending on experience
