Lakeshore Talent is seeking qualified candidates for a Front Desk Admin role in the Cherry Creek, Colorado area.  This role is working in the office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Pay for this position is $30-$35/hour, based on experience.  

Background check, drug screen, proof of COVID Vaccination and one booster shot required upon hire. 

Description:

The Front Desk Admin is the face of the company and is essential to keeping the office organized and operating smoothly and efficiently. This individual is typically the first point of contact for our employees and any visitors to the company. This position will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting with administrative tasks. Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Open the office each weekday morning which includes tidying up the space on two floors and turning on all lights and televisions throughout our suites

  • Maintain a fully stocked fridge in kitchen area with beverages and snacks, including all conference rooms across two floors

  • Run dishwashers, wipe down surfaces, and keep communal areas neat

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail / packages and send outgoing mail and packages

  • Ensure office supply cabinets are stocked with the necessary inventory and managed on an ongoing basis

  • Load printers and copiers when necessary (check daily)

  • Monitor the “General Inbox” email account as well as incoming faxes

  • Answer main telephone line and connect callers to their desired point of contact or relay messages accordingly

  • Welcome guests (e.g. alert appropriate EA, make sure guest is situated and validate parking)

  • Order lunch for meetings when necessary and assist in on-site and off-site events

  • Assist Executives/Partners/Principals with scheduling initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office administrator role

  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Suite platforms

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

  • Professional and personable presence
