Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a well-known healthcare network in search of a Call Center Representative to support a hospital in Aurora, CO.  

CONTRACT LENGTH: 4 months to start with potential for extension or hire
PAY: $20-$21/hour
SHIFT: The department is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Employees will be scheduled for 40 hours per week between open hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Receive inbound calls from patients and assist them with their questions, concerns, and needs
  • Register new patients
  • Schedule appointments
  • Transfer calls to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate communication between business units
  • Other related tasks, as assigned

 
WHAT YOU BRING/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Prior customer service/call center experience
  • Experience within a medical office, preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
  • Because this position is in a healthcare setting, immunization records must be up-to-date (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Flu, Covid-19)
