Lakeshore Talent is working alongside a well known hospital in Aurora, Colorado in their search for a Help Desk Support Technician. This is a 3 month contract to start with potential for extension and/or permanent hire at the end.
 
Pay: $23-25/hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00pm
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically (typically handling 40-70 calls/day)
  • Troubleshoot workstations and connectivity for devices
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Create, respond to, and resolve tickets for technical issues

Desired Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Epic experience, preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Printer Support,  iOS devices, Mobile Support
  • MECM, SCCM, Citrix, VPN, and Networking experience, preferred

Because this position is in a healthcare setting, if selected, candidates must be willing to provide proof of immunizations (MMR, TDaP, Varicella, seasonal flu, Covid-19)
