Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a HR Coordinator for one of their clients, a well known manufacturing company, based out of Denver, Colorado. This is an in-office, 6 month contract position to start and pays $25-30/hour (depending on experience).

 

Background, drug screen and Covid vaccination is required upon hire.

 

Job Description:

As a HR Coordinator you will be ambitious, forward thinking, and open minded. You will communicate human resource services, initiatives, and programs and have responsibility for activities including employee relations, compliance, and pursuit of HR functional excellence. You will also be responsible for entering data in an accurate and timely manner. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Support general HR administrative tasks.

  • Leave of Absence administration 

  • Invoicing 

  • Process new hire and employee changes

  • Process new hire and employee changes for benefits

  • Maintains Corporate HR Inbox and administration.

  • Provide Tier 1 point support; addresses general HR questions and when needed escalates to the appropriate HR Business Partner.

  • Administers the organization’s COVID tracking program and may support other compliance initiatives.

  • Responsible for preparing and submitting necessary reporting including, but not limited to, COVID 19 employee information, vaccination(s), etc.

  • Administers the HR Invoice process, working together with Finance to appropriately set up invoices and submission of HR Invoices for payment to vendors.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed to research and resolve issues.

  • Provides clerical/administrative support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources, such as personnel records, employee or labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, 401k, and/or equal opportunity/ affirmative action

  • Maintain electronic employee files.

  • Partners with functional HR to identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or general administration. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in building relationships with employees, business leaders and HR partners.
