This is a dynamic HR Coordinator position that also includes administrative duties to help support the office functions and internal team. This individual will be the direct contact for HR questions as well as process weekly payroll for 200+ contract employees, along with recruiting and sales support for our internal team.


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Run payroll for 200 employees weekly, ensuring all time is entered correctly and approved by hiring managers. Manually enter all adjustments (PTO, expenses, bonuses, etc.)

  • Answer questions regarding employee benefits and other HR-related topics, or direct to appropriate person as necessary

  • Handle all onboarding for new contract employees; Initiate and run background checks, drug tests, reference checks, employment verification, new hire paperwork and I-9’s

  • Manage the integrity and accuracy of candidate/client information in the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)

  • Assist with client billing and invoicing

  • Handle communication with existing contract employees; update assignment details, assist with identifying new opportunities upon contract completion

  • Assist recruiters with posting jobs and managing the job posting process

  • Help with sourcing candidates as needed

  • Support the account management team with candidate interview preps as needed

  • Answer all incoming calls to Lakeshore Talent and forward messages

  • Accept and deliver mail, arrange for outgoing packages to be shipped

  • Ensure supplies are stocked and ordered to include office supplies 

  • Work closely with vendors who provide payroll and background check services, acting as the first point of contact for any questions or issues 

  • Assist the Recruiters and Account Executives with any other administrative duties that arise in both the Denver and Chicago offices  



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • 1+ years of prior administrative experience required; previous HR experience is a plus 

  • Customer-service oriented 

  • Ability to multi-task and change directions quickly 

  • Warm and friendly demeanor 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


This is a direct-hire role paying $45K. We are a WBENC certified, Woman Owned Business offering a great team culture and a stellar benefit package! This will primarily be working remotely but candidates must be locally based in the Denver or surrounding areas for occasional meetings or trainings.
