Lakeshore Talent is seeking qualified applicants for an HR Assistant position with a local government organization. The primary function of this role is to assist with the onboarding and coordination of seasonal hires. This will start as a 2-month contract and is an in-office role.
LOCATION: Englewood, CO
PAY RATE: $17-20/hr.
- Managing and tracking the onboarding process for new seasonal employees.
- Maintaining lines of communication between hiring managers and candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Assisting the recruiting team with job postings.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
- Prior onboarding and HR experience required
- Proficiency with UltiPro preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Strong organizational skills required
