Lakeshore Talent is partnering with one of the Midwest's Healthcare leaders in search of a Human Resource Call Center Representative. This position will start as a 3-month contract and will be remote after the first day of on-site training in downtown Chicago, IL.
SHIFT: 8:00am – 4:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Human Resource Call Center Representative will be working in a call center setting for a large healthcare company. These individuals will primarily be responsible for fielding calls from employees regarding their benefits, PTO, etc. Individuals must be driven, quick learners.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and MS Office
- Previous experience with benefits and HR
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test
- Since this position is in a healthcare setting, immunizations must be up to date (HepB, Varcellia, Tdap, MMR, Covid, Flu)
