Lakeshore Talent is seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator for a growing company in downtown Denver. This is a fun company with amazing perks that is looking for a well-rounded Helpdesk Admin.

This is a 2-3 week position with the potential to extend with the right candidate. Pay for this position is $26-$32/hour

In this role you will:

  • Troubleshoot MAC and Windows-based laptops, printers, basic LAN and WAN connections and mobile devices

  • Support the new hire onboarding process by preparing all IT systems; Build, upgrade and maintain workstations, for support of Tier I/II business applications

  • Partner with IT Director on IT initiatives

  • Perform installations and firmware upgrades on Client operating systems, docking stations, and VoIP hardware


  • Demonstrated experience managing a fleet of laptops and related peripherals

  • Experience with printers, conference rooms, phones and other hardware

  • A passion for technology and customer service
