Lakeshore Talent is partnering with an exploration and energy investment company to fill a role for a Office/Executive Assistant. 

Location: In-office, downtown Denver (parking or eco-pass reimbursed for)

Pay: $25-$30/hr. 

The Office/Executive Assistant responsibilities include assisting the executive team with presentation preparation, office ordering, greeting visitors, and general office management. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Previous experience as an executive assistant preferred.


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Sense of urgency and ability to anticipate needs

  • Skilled at managing different personalities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • High School degree required 

  • Background check required upon hire
