Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking an Office Support Specialist for a nonprofit in educational services located in the Denver Tech Center. This is a Contract-to-Hire position paying $20-$21/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for acting as the receptionist, greeting visitors, and notifying personnel of guests
  • Answering phones and directing calls accordingly, 20-30 on average per day
  • Print organize and bind up to 200-300 manuals for trainings
  • Work with international timelines and shipping/customs
  • Coordinate shipping of manuals and other written material
  • General office admin support as needed
  • Order office supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
