Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a well-known hospital system in their search for a Patient Access Representative to support the Emergency Department in downtown Keystone, CO.

Shift: 3, 12 hour shifts 8:00am-8:30pm-  Rotating Weekends required
Pay: $22-$25 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules appointments
• Register Patient Information
• Updates insurance information
• Enter Billing Data
• Processes co-pays
• Follows-up with patients
• Ensure accurate medical records
• Communicates information to the patient regarding questions about physician referrals, insurance referrals, and consultations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of prior scheduling experience required
• Epic experience, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask

Because this position is in a healthcare setting, immunizations must be up to date (HepB, Varicella, Tdap, MMR, Covid, and seasonal flu shot)
