Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking candidates for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with one of their clients, a large home builder located in the Denver Tech Center area.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am – 6pm. Once the candidate goes permanent, a hybrid remote work situation is available.

Position pays $21 – $23/hour. This is a contract-to-hire role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring all customers have an enjoyable experience
  • Greeting guests
  • Processing paperwork
  • Scanning
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Answering phones & responding to email communication

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40 hours/week Monday through Friday 9:30am-6pm
  • Must be organized, able to effectively and accurately multi-task, and simultaneously track the pieces of documentation.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech savvy, proficiency/intermediate skill set in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
