Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking candidates for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with one of their clients, a large home builder located in the Denver Tech Center area.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am – 6pm. Once the candidate goes permanent, a hybrid remote work situation is available.
Position pays $21 – $23/hour. This is a contract-to-hire role.
- Responsible for ensuring all customers have an enjoyable experience
- Greeting guests
- Processing paperwork
- Maintaining the filing system
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering phones & responding to email communication
- Ability to work 40 hours/week Monday through Friday 9:30am-6pm
- Must be organized, able to effectively and accurately multi-task, and simultaneously track the pieces of documentation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy, proficiency/intermediate skill set in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
