Lakeshore Talent is looking for qualified candidates for a Records Clerk position with a large global mining company located in the Denver Tech Center. This is a 6-12 month contract looking to pay $19/hr.

LOCATION: WFH/in-office hybrid. Offices are located in Greenwood Village, CO (the Records Clerk will work mostly from home but may be required to come into the office from time-to-time). ***All contractors and employees must be fully vaccinated in order to come into the office due to company policy***

OVERVIEW: The Records Clerk provide support to the Denver corporate office in order to maintain and support the operational records management requirements, which includes box processing, file room, and other duties as they arise, and in compliance with policies, procedures and standards.


  • Administer the process of offsite storage and retrieval including indexing
  • File room management, including bar-coding, labeling and organizing files
  • Assist personnel with records queries
  • Any other records management tasks as directed by the Records Management Supervisor
  • Ensure records are appropriately indexed into FileTrail and IronMountain
  • Administer interactions with the offsite storage provider through IM Connect
  • Keep management and users informed as to work status and progress on a regular basis


  • Minimum 1 year working in a Records Management environment preferred
  • Experience using database systems preferred
  • Previous experience with IM Connect (Iron Mountain) preferred
  • Sound computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively on a number of tasks concurrently
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision
