Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a well-known hospital in their search for a Senior IT Imaging Analyst. This position will provide imaging informatics systems support with a focus on Cardiology and Radiology imaging support systems including PACS, DICOM, HL7, Voice Recognition (VR), RIS, and VNA. This is a contract to hire position. Employees will start on a 6 month contract with the intention to be hired on permamenly at the end of the contract if it is a good mutual fit!

Location: Aurora, CO
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $60-$62 per hour 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and diagnose system problems, identify root cause, and solve the problem or escalate issues to appropriate IT staff
  • Collaborate with system users and other IT professionals to evaluate, plan, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain systems
  • Gather, validate, and translate technological requirements into design and development specifications while providing product management
  • Address technical issues that occur during installation and maintenance activities
  • Complete or coordinate the preparation, coding, testing, and debugging of complex programs
  • Analyze, design and build workflows to meet the needs of users
  • Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software products to meet the functional criteria of client specifications
  • Gather and analyze information to resolve incidents and troubleshoot problems
  • Document design, application and technical specifications as appropriate
  • Identify and clarify reporting needs and expectations with end users and works with report developers to clarify data and reporting needs
  • Work with others to create support and training documents
  • Partner with other IT employees and users to troubleshoot and resolve system problems, to improve product performance and usability
  • Evaluate possible changes and impacts with other analysts and end users
  • Reviews documentation for upgrades and monthly system updates

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Understanding of imaging informatics workflow, system functionality, integration and standards
  • Experience with IT systems support and management as well as systems installation
  • 5 years of related experience
