Position Title: Development Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3+ days onsite)
Pay Rate: $24.04–$26.92/hour | Full-Time, Contract (Contract-to-Hire Potential)
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Development Coordinator to support a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Denver. This is a full-time contract role with potential to convert to permanent hire. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about equity-driven community work.
This is an immediate need, so candidates who are available immediately will be prioritized for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day development operations, including donor database management (Salesforce), gift processing, and reporting

Assist with grant tracking, file management, and coordination of submission materials

Help plan and execute donor events and communications, including acknowledgements and impact reporting

Manage team calendars, project timelines (Asana), and scheduling logistics for donor meetings and internal briefings

Collaborate with finance to reconcile donations and maintain accurate donor records

Contribute to donor research, cultivation efforts, and overall fundraising strategy execution
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or donor operations

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Asana, and Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
