Lakeshore Talent is looking to fill a Reception/Admin Support position for a reputable oil and gas company located in Denver, CO. Seeking an individual who is comfortable being the face of the organization; warm, friendly, sharp, professional, and humble.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a career in oil and gas!
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Fridays 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. 100% onsite.
This position pays $24 – $28 per hour.
Parking is provided.
Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone
- Answering inquiries and directing calls accordingly
- Sign for packages and distributes mail
- Work alongside all company departments to meet objectives
- Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of the front office and kitchen
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Technologically savvy, Microsoft Office Suite required
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engaging and warm personality while always maintaining professionalism
