Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a reputable Hospital system in Denver, Colorado in their search for a Senior Data Entry Clerk. This individual is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and managing records within the organization’s database. This role ensures that all acknowledgement letters are processed in a timely manner, financial records are accurately recorded, and reports can be generated without error.
Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for extension or hire
Pay: $22 – 24/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Denver, CO (on-site required)
Essential Functions
- Enter and maintain accurate records of all cash and in-kind contributions received
- Create new database codes as needed to support proper record keeping
- Prepare daily and weekly cash reports
- Prepare weekly in-kind gift reports
- Generate and send acknowledgement letters in a timely manner
- Prepare weekly check deposits
- Process credit card and cash donations as received
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by staff
- Maintain organized and accurate donor files
Education

High School Diploma or GED required
Work Experience
- 1–3 years of clerical or data entry experience required
- Prior experience with database entry preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with donors, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
