Lakeshore Talent is in search of a dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Location: Fully Remote
Salary Range: $37 – $46/hour

The Recruiter will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent while enhancing the organization’s brand across multiple markets and professional communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for all assigned positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and ensure job descriptions attract the right candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
- Maintain and expand candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and professional communities.
- Review resumes and qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance and coaching to managers on best practices for behavioral-based interviews.
- Travel as needed to meet with hiring managers, interview candidates, and support selection processes.
- Extend job offers and manage negotiations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Communicate professionally with all candidates, including providing timely feedback and courtesy declines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state employment regulations.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct sourcing/recruiting experience for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Proven expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in healthcare staffing is required, specifically recruiting CNAs.
- A mix of staffing and corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience in a healthcare or transportation-related environment.
- Knowledge of iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes in fast-moving settings.
