Manager of Compensation & Recognition – Direct Hire

Location: Denver Office (Hybrid – WFH Mondays & Fridays)
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 + 10% annual bonus potential + $80/month phone stipend


About the Role:
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a hands-on Manager of Compensation & Recognition to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation, bonus, commission, incentive, and recognition programs. This role ensures pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and clearly understood, while serving as the in-house subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
