Position Overview
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Henderson, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract Length: 120 days with potential for permanent conversion
Starting pay: $22/hour

Opportunity for pay increase after 120-day review based on performance and skills

Quarterly attendance-based bonus program up to $500 (shop floor roles)
Warehouse Associate – Role Summary:
Warehouse Associate role is responsible for receiving raw materials, unloading trucks, and properly storing materials.Key Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and store materials correctly

Identify raw materials (rod vs pipe, solid vs hollow)

Use tape measurer accurately
-
Operate sit-down forklift (preferred) and crane (training provided)

Work indoors and outdoors in all weather

Maintain a clean and safe environment
Knowledge & Skills

Reliable transportation and attendance

Sense of urgency and punctuality

Forklift experience required

Experience identifying materials
-
Ability to correctly read tape measurer

Willingness to learn materials and warehouse layout
Pre-Employment Requirements

Any experience on an ERP System (SYSPRO)

Computer skills

Basic Math Skills
