Workforce Success Specialist (Bilingual – English/French)
Location: Denver, CO preferred | Open to remote (any U.S. time zone)
Hybrid Option: If based in Denver – 1 day/week onsite in the DTC office (Tuesday or Thursday)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typical business hours (8:00am–5:00pm; flexibility based on time zone)
Pay: $21.50–$24.00/hour
Position Overview
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Bilingual Onboarding (English/French) for a client of ours. This role will support day-to-day operations for contractors on assignment across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing high-volume onboarding, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting contractor relationships, and ensuring compliance and consistency across accounts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in staffing, HR operations, and workforce systems. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating all required legal documentation in alignment with client policies
- Verify employment documentation (including I-9 and E-Verify requirements where applicable)
- Initiate, monitor, and adjudicate background check reports
- Assist contractors with new hire paperwork and system setup
- Track and manage contractor assignments, including time and expense entry within VMS platforms
- Capture and maintain accurate data across multiple systems to ensure database integrity
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Payroll, Compliance, and Implementation teams
- Track and report missing documentation according to client requirements
- Maintain structured, organized records and process documentation for each account
- Provide ongoing contractor care throughout assignments, including regular outreach and relationship management
- Assist contractors with updates to personal or assignment information in relevant systems
- Distribute reporting data on a regular cadence, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Support hiring managers with communication regarding policies and procedures
- Deliver a high-quality experience to both contractors and clients
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) – required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required)
- Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms (required)
- Experience supporting Canadian T4 employees strongly preferred
- Experience maintaining databases and managing contractor records
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Freshdesk experience is a plus)
