Affiliate Marketing Specialist / Manager

- $57,000 – $90,000 annually (dependent on level of experience)

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing digital marketing organization to hire an Affiliate Marketing Specialist / Manager to support and scale affiliate strategy within an e-commerce environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and enjoys blending creativity with performance-driven strategy.
This position falls under the broader “Digital Manager” umbrella but is focused specifically on affiliate marketing. Ideal candidates may currently hold titles such as Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Marketing Manager, or similar.
About the Role
As the Affiliate Marketing Specialist / Manager, you will manage and grow affiliate and publisher relationships while supporting overall digital marketing initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong communication skills, technical knowledge of affiliate platforms, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
You will work closely with paid media teams, creating a collaborative and integrated approach to performance marketing. The right candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable serving as a key point of contact for clients and affiliate partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing programs within an e-commerce environment
- Build and nurture relationships with publishers, affiliates, and influencer partners
- Serve in a client-facing capacity, answering questions and providing strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media teams to optimize performance
- Monitor campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support e-commerce launches (occasional brief weekend check-ins, communicated in advance)
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and growth initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience, specifically within e-commerce
- Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
- Agency experience preferred (in-house to agency transition welcomed)
- B2C marketing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with affiliate and influencer tools, including:
- Affiliate networks such as CJ, Impact, Partnerize
- Influencer marketing platforms such as Creator.co
- Ability to manage multiple contacts and campaigns with a strategic, creative mindset
Schedule & Work Environment
- Remote role (Mountain or Central Time Zone preferred)
- Flexible 9–5 schedule; not desk-bound
- Monthly co-working meetups in the Denver area
- Occasional brief weekend check-ins during e-commerce launches
