Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Henderson, CO
Starting pay: $22/hour
Schedule: 11:30 to 8:30pm Monday to Friday
Warehouse Associate – Role Summary:
- Focuses on receiving raw materials, unloading trucks, and storing materials properly.
Required Skills:
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Sense of urgency and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift (preferred) and crane (training provided)
- Ability to identify raw materials (rod vs. pipe, solid vs. hollow)
- Accurate tape measure use
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous forklift or crane experience
- Knowledge of warehouse layouts and materials
- Willingness to cross-train into other roles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toed boots (initially reimbursed after one year)
- Safety PPE provided by the company, including gloves, glasses, earplugs, and cold-weather gear
- Dress code: jeans/work pants recommended, no shorts, T-shirts allowed
- Ability to walk and handle materials across large property
