What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• Hands-on experience in a mechanical environment, including trailer or similar vehicle repair
• Strong diagnostic skills to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to inspect, service, and replace trailer parts accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to foster team collaboration
• Accountability and integrity—honest, hardworking, and dedicated to doing quality work
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience with trailer-specific systems and fabrication work
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Capability to learn new skills and cross-train across departments
Preferred Education & Experience:
• Previous mechanical or trailer repair experience highly preferred
• A background in engineering or hands-on trades can be a great fit for this role
Other Requirements:
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (including random testing)
• Ability to work onsite in Henderson, Colorado, during regular hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
