Hours: Vary depending on particular positions; Monday-Friday schedules
Pay: Varies depending on role; starting at $22/hr
Location: Henderson, CO and Fremont, NE
We are consistently looking for candidates for the following positions and skill sets: Warehouse/Kitting Associates, Trailer Assemblers, Service Technicians, Welders, Brake Press Operators, CNC Machinists.
Typical Requirements and Skill Sets:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to pass drug testing upon hire and randomized drug testing
- Alignment with core values: dedication, collaboration, forward-looking, respect, integrity
- Proficiency using calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges is preferred for most roles
- Proficiency in shop math and measurements
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation is preferred for most roles
- Ability to perform physical requirements that include lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, standing for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, repair, or technical service fields is strongly preferred
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standard
- Properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
