Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Healthcare Sales Representative to join a dynamic and mission-driven organization dedicated to helping seniors remain independent in their homes. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive base salary plus commission potential.
Position Details
- Location: Denver, CO
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary + commission opportunity
- Reports To: Regional Sales Director
Position Overview
This field-based sales role is responsible for driving growth through community outreach, relationship-building, and enrollment generation within an assigned territory. The Healthcare Sales Representative will develop and maintain strong referral partnerships while educating prospective participants and community stakeholders on available care services. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong territory management, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
- Execute territory sales strategy and exceed monthly enrollment targets (6–8 enrollments per month after ramp-up)
- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community organizations
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions for referral partners
- Manage and grow referral pipelines through strategic account management and consistent follow-up
B2C Engagement
- Educate and guide prospective participants and families through qualification and enrollment processes
- Assess eligibility across Medicare, Medicaid, dual-eligible, VA, and private pay populations
- Deliver consultative presentations tailored to individual needs
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Track pipeline, activities, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates on goal attainment and territory performance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare sales, outside sales, or business development experience with proven quota attainment
- Experience in senior care, post-acute care, managed care, home health, hospice, or related healthcare environments
- Demonstrated success building referral relationships within healthcare and community networks
- Strong territory management, prospecting, and in-person sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
