Saw Machine Operator | Fabrication Support Generalist (Night Shift)
Location: Henderson, CO
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 3:20 PM – 2:00 AM (4×10 schedule)
Pay: $24–$28 per hour (includes shift differential)
Position Overview
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing fabrication team in Henderson, CO to hire a Saw Machine Operator for the night shift. This team produces precision components that require strict dimensional accuracy and is focused on raising quality and performance standards.
This role is primarily responsible for saw machine operation, with cross-training across additional fabrication equipment as needed. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Schedule & Overtime
- Tuesday–Friday, 3:20 PM – 2:00 AM
- Overtime may include Mondays and occasional Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Operate saw machinery, ensuring accurate cuts and adherence to specifications
- Maintain dimensional accuracy, alignment, and tolerance control
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up machines, including tools, materials, and machine settings
- Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Support additional fabrication equipment as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
- Lift and move materials up to 51 lbs
- Work collaboratively to support production flow
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, protractor, radius gauge)
- Experience with hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- Basic shop math skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
