What You'll Do:
- Input weekly and monthly miscellaneous checks, ranging from $100 to $1,000, into the accounting system.
- Support the accounts receivable team with processing payments and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with miscellaneous payments from various sources.
- Collaborate closely with experienced accounting professionals and receive training from senior staff to sharpen your clerical and accounting skills.
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and positive team player.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in data entry or accounting support.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar software.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Prior clerical or entry-level accounting experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
