Facilities Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract through end of year
Work Environment: Fully onsite in a professional corporate office environment
Position Overview
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading corporate organization to identify a professional and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator for a contract opportunity through the end of the year. This role will support daily office operations across multiple floors, including front desk reception, mail room coordination, meeting and event support, workspace management, and office relocation activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Support

Provide front desk and reception coverage, including answering and directing incoming calls and taking messages

Greet and check in visitors, issue access badges/cards, and direct guests appropriately

Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Coordinate catering orders and communicate with vendors regarding delivery and setup
Office & Facilities Coordination

Maintain and order office supplies for multiple floors
-
Conduct regular floor walks, inspections, and inventory checks

Assist with office decommissioning activities, including clearing and vacating workspace areas

Support office moves and workstation coordination with employees, vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders

Assist with an upcoming office relocation project
Mail Room Operations

Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail

Receive, track, and distribute packages

Coordinate with delivery drivers and maintain organized package handling procedures
Meeting & Event Support

Assist with the setup and coordination of small and large meetings and office events

Support room preparation, vendor coordination, and event logistics under the guidance of leadership
Document & File Management

Scan and digitize documents and images
-
Save, organize, and name files according to established protocols

Track project status and maintain organized shared file systems
Required Qualifications

Experience working in a professional corporate or office environment

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams and vendors

Comfortable following established procedures, schedules, and protocols
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, including calendar management and communication

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Familiarity with shared drives, shared files, and online service platforms

Experience with document scanning and digital file management preferred
Schedule & Additional Information

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

One-hour unpaid lunch break during midday

Two paid 15-minute breaks daily (morning and afternoon)

Fully onsite role supporting multiple office floors and departments
