Administrative Clerk – Special Project (Scanning & Records Support)Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a professional services organization in downtown Denver to hire a temporary Administrative Clerk for a special records digitization project. This is a fully onsite opportunity supporting a time-sensitive office transition initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, independent work, has strong attention to detail, and can stay organized while managing repetitive but important tasks. The project is expected to last approximately 2–3 months.
Location: Downtown Denver, CO
(Current office near 17th & Welton; relocating to a new downtown office later this year)
Schedule
Full-time | Fully onsite

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour
Position Overview
The Administrative Clerk will support a large-scale scanning and file organization project tied to an upcoming office move. This person will work closely with the office administration team to digitize physical records, organize files for storage, and ensure all materials are processed accurately and efficiently within project deadlines.
While the work can be repetitive, it plays a critical role in the success of the organization’s transition and requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities

Scan physical documents and records into digital systems

Save and name files according to established procedures and protocols

Organize physical files and prepare boxes for offsite storage

Label and track boxes and archived materials

Maintain accurate progress updates and communicate project status

Move files and boxes between departments and scanning areas as needed

Follow established schedules, workflows, and documentation procedures
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move file boxes throughout the day

Push carts containing files and records between office floors

Frequent movement of materials from shelves to carts and scanning stations

Comfortable sitting for extended periods while scanning and processing documents
Qualifications

Previous administrative, records, clerical, or office support experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently after receiving direction

Reliable time management and ability to stay on task in a deadline-driven environment

Comfortable performing repetitive work with consistency and accuracy

Professional communication skills and willingness to follow established procedures
