Receptionist (Contract, 2–4 weeks) – Fort Worth, TX
Our oil and gas client is seeking a polished, customer-service-forward Receptionist to provide short-term front desk and administrative support while the team finalizes interviews/offers.
This is an on-site role in Fort Worth, TX (parking included).
Key details
- Duration: 2–4 weeks (likely closer to 4)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay: $21–$27/hour
- Start: ASAP
- Environment: small office (approx. 11–50 people)
What you’ll do
- Greet and sign in visitors; manage visitor log and badges
- Coordinate/validate guest parking and monthly parking passes
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and shipping needs
- Keep front office organized and stocked (snacks/supplies), including light kitchen/breakroom upkeep
- Support conference room setup/teardown and readiness between meetings
- Assist with general admin tasks as needs come up (no task too big or too small)
What we’re looking for
- Prior receptionist/admin experience (customer service or hospitality background is a plus)
- Professional, warm, and reliable (punctual 8:00 AM start is a must)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced front desk environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
