Senior Technical Recruiter
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing aerospace and technology organization to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Greenwood Village, CO.

Location & Schedule
• Fully onsite in Greenwood Village, CO (DTC)
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Free onsite parking available
Compensation
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Target salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 annually
• Equivalent hourly rate: approximately $53 to $62/hour during the contract period
About the Role
As the Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own full cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to identify talent needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates.
This role is highly consultative and requires someone who can influence stakeholders, provide market insights, and establish hiring best practices while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and quality.
The recruiting team currently supports approximately 90 open positions, with this role expected to manage a requisition load of approximately 20 to 30 openings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full cycle recruiting for senior-level and highly specialized technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and advise on market trends, talent availability, and compensation expectations.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Negotiate and extend competitive offers with a strong understanding of compensation practices.
• Help establish and improve recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong background in full cycle recruiting.
• At least 4 years of experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, or similar technical disciplines.
• Experience recruiting within the aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates using creative and strategic approaches.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to advise hiring leaders on compensation, market conditions, and talent strategy.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Experience with Dayforce is a plus.
