Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Healthcare Recruiter – High-Volume Staffing
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a healthcare organization to identify an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of sourcing and placing healthcare talent.

- Fully Remote (Equipment Provided)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract Opportunity
- Target Start Date: Within the Next 2–3 Weeks
- Pay Range: $35–$45/hour, with potential up to $47/hour based on experience
As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will manage approximately 20 open requisitions while partnering with multiple hiring managers to recruit top talent across a variety of healthcare positions. This role requires strong full-cycle recruiting experience, exceptional organization, and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and priorities.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions

Support approximately 20 active requisitions simultaneously

Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders

Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
-
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

Meet recruiting goals and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience, including both exempt and non-exempt positions

Proven success managing full-cycle healthcare recruitment

Experience handling approximately 20 requisitions concurrently

Strong organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills

Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Healthcare recruiting experience focused on roles such as:
-
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
-
Nurses
-
Receptionists
-
Care Coordinators and similar healthcare support positions

Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
-
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Agency recruiting experience

Experience recruiting for transportation-related positions

Knowledge of healthcare staffing trends and compliance requirements

Previous success in high-volume recruiting environments
