Paralegal – Contract Opportunity in Denver, CO
Are you an experienced paralegal ready to make an impactful difference in a dynamic legal environment? This fast-paced, 3-6 month contract role offers the opportunity to support corporate counsel with essential legal and administrative functions, all while working with a collaborative team committed to excellence. Starting immediately, this position reports directly to the EVP, General Counsel, with competitive pay rates of $40 – $45 per hour.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in an in-house legal team
- Strong knowledge of contract management systems and legal terminology
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to learn specialized systems like LandWorks quickly
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Corporate, Business, or Real Estate law
- Paralegal Certification from an ABA-accredited program
- Registered Notary Public
- Knowledge of securities law and SEC filings
- Prior experience managing legal and land files, including easements and leases
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least three years of relevant legal administrative experience
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site five days a week initially, transitioning to four days
- Willingness to support ongoing legal and compliance initiatives
- Familiarity with document retention policies and litigation support
