Position Details
Job Title: Oracle ERP Analyst III
Location: Remote (U.S.) with up to 10% travel to Denver, CO
Salary: $103,300 – $145,000 annually
What You’ll Do
- Support and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP Financials in a post-implementation environment.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and improve business processes.
- Design, configure, test, and implement system enhancements and new functionality.
- Lead analysis and troubleshooting of application issues impacting business operations.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, enhancements, hypercare activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate integration, reporting, and data conversion efforts.
- Develop functional design documentation, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Facilitate end-to-end testing, validate system changes, and resolve defects.
- Evaluate new Oracle functionality and recommend improvements based on business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on implementation and optimization projects.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions on time.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle ERP Financials, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Experience with Oracle implementations, go-live support, hypercare, enhancements, and quarterly release management.
- 3+ years of experience within healthcare, hospital, physician practice, or another healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP financial systems and business processes.
- Experience supporting fast-paced implementation or enterprise system projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn complex business processes and new technologies.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience partnering closely with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Background supporting enterprise application optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
