Lakeshore Talent is partnering with an innovative aerospace and space technology organization to identify an experienced Senior Supplier Program Manager to join their growing procurement team. This leadership role will oversee a team of 4-5 Supplier Program Managers while managing strategic supplier relationships, negotiations, forecasting, material availability, and supplier performance.

 

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Compensation: $155,000 – $175,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, 5 days per week

 

This position plays a key role in ensuring supplier commitments align with technical requirements, program timelines, costs, and what the business can realistically deliver. The role works closely with Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, serving as a critical link between procurement strategy and overall program execution.

 

The ideal candidate brings strong procurement and supply chain expertise paired with aerospace or satellite experience, particularly within highly technical payload environments. This is also a process-improvement-focused role, offering the opportunity to build structure, improve supplier management practices, and help shape processes within a growing and evolving organization.
