What You’ll Do:
- Drive successful sales of used trailers, building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Support the business by contributing to revenue growth through proactive selling and customer engagement.
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills, positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Required Skills:
- Strong enthusiasm and a hunger to learn sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Basic proficiency with computers and sales systems.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment, trailers, or vehicle sales.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus but not necessary.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Henderson.
- Willingness to travel locally (less than 20%) initially, with potential for extensive travel (60-80%) as a Territory Manager.
- Successful completion of background check and 10-panel drug screen, including THC.
- Ability to drive company trucks and set up trailers as needed.
