Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

Systems & Technical Skills

Excel will be a major part of this position, so candidates should be very comfortable working with spreadsheets and large amounts of data.

The team currently works with an older Oracle EBS environment. Experience with other established HR/enterprise systems such as SAP, UltiPro/UKG, or Workday may translate well to this role, particularly candidates who have experience working with more traditional, established systems and large datasets.

Schedule & Flexibility

The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. There is some flexibility when needed for things such as school drop-off or other personal scheduling needs.

Because this is a global team, there will occasionally be early morning meetings around 6:30 AM MST. Employees can participate in these meetings from home and then transition into the office for the remainder of their workday.

Team Environment

The Compensation team is led by the Senior Manager. This position will work closely with the compensation team and global partners on a variety of projects and initiatives.

The team is looking for someone who is curious, analytical, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working with data.

Contract & Long-Term Opportunity

This position will begin as a 3–4 month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent opportunity. The organization will also be recruiting for the long-term position, but a strong contractor who proves to be a great fit could certainly be considered for the permanent opportunity.
