Part – Time Administrative Support Specialist
Lakeshore Talent is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist for a long-term, part-time contract opportunity supporting a small business in Aurora, CO. This role provides administrative assistance to an inside sales team and helps coordinate documentation and communication for ongoing service and maintenance projects.
This opportunity is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured work, is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and can manage daily responsibilities independently.
Location: Aurora, CO — onsite in a professional home office environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; 20 hours per week
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Contract with long-term potential
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the inside sales team.
- Prepare, format, edit, and organize business documents, correspondence, reports, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets, contact lists, electronic files, and administrative records.
- Manage Outlook correspondence, including organizing emails, responding as appropriate, and tracking follow-up.
- Prepare and distribute mass email communications using Microsoft Word and Outlook mail merge.
- Maintain project documentation and track information related to service and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-up to keep routine tasks and projects moving.
- Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of work.
Qualifications
- Extensive administrative or office support experience; 10+ years preferred. Candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered based on Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience preparing mail merges and distributing mass email communications.
- Experience maintaining spreadsheets, formatting professional documents, and managing business correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and complete work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with structured workflows and recurring administrative tasks.
- Previous experience supporting inside sales, service operations, or maintenance projects is a plus.
- Comfortable working onsite in a professional home office environment.
