Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in growing our client portfolio through new business development and deepening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate has experience in the staffing industry and thrives in a fast-paced, client relationship-focused environment. Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, warm outreach, networking events, and social media

Conduct client meetings to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities

Prepare and present professional services proposals

Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to manage the full placement process

Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring and market trends

Maintain and grow a book of business across a variety of industries

Act as a market expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers

Consistently meet defined activity goals related to client calls, client visits, and new client acquisition
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Prior experience in staffing/recruiting or in a client-facing sales or service role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on warmth, customer service, and engagement

Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and effectively manage your book of business
