Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in growing our client portfolio through new business development and deepening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate has experience in the staffing industry and thrives in a fast-paced, client relationship-focused environment. Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to new client acquisition. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, warm outreach, networking events, and social media

  • Conduct client meetings to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities

  • Prepare and present professional services proposals

  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to manage the full placement process

  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring and market trends

  • Maintain and grow a book of business across a variety of industries

  • Act as a market expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers

  • Consistently meet defined activity goals related to client calls, client visits, and new client acquisition

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

  • Prior experience in staffing/recruiting or in a client-facing sales or service role

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on warmth, customer service, and engagement

  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and effectively manage your book of business

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods

  • Comfortable communicating via phone, video conferencing, and email
