Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish/English) to support a busy, fast-paced Communications Center. This is a contract role through August with the possibility of extension or permanent employment in September. Equipment and access will be provided at the start of training.
Job Title: Communications Center Bilingual MA (Spanish/English)
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite for training, then remote)
Pay Rate: $21 – $25.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Length: Through August, with potential to extend or convert to permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Training:

Roughly 3 weeks, onsite in Denver, CO
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50–90 daily), triaging to the appropriate team or provider

Schedule appointments with external providers

Facilitate medication refill requests accurately and efficiently
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

Strong customer service orientation and professional phone etiquette

Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare environments

Ability to assess patient needs and determine next steps appropriately

Previous experience in a call center or similar fast-paced role preferred
