Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 depending on experience plus 15% annual bonus
Benefits start on day 1!
Location: 100% on-site in Philadelphia
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
-
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and oversee recruitment, orientation, training, and evaluation of Home Care staff.

Conduct timely chart audits to ensure documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and effective case management.

Coordinate quality improvement efforts, survey preparation, and communication with state, local, and federal agencies.

Oversee care delivery in PACE housing units, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Recommend and implement staff training and development programs; monitor outcomes related to participant utilization and satisfaction.

Participate in oversight of professional staff, including education, documentation, and data-driven process improvement.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and external partners to identify opportunities for service quality and growth.

Oversee investigations and Level 2 reporting to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain nursing on-call schedule and participate in coverage as needed.

Lead and participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, including data gathering, reporting, and follow-up action plans.

Ensure regulatory compliance and actively participate in site surveys and corrective action planning.

Provide management coverage for Directors during absences or emergencies.

Perform field visits to supervise staff and assess service quality.
Requirements

Strong leadership experience.
-
Experience managing a Home Care team.
-
Current Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, therapy, public health, or a related human services field; or equivalent education/experience.

8+ years of experience in an administrative capacity in a home care agency or healthcare setting.

3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
-
At least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.

Strong understanding of healthcare quality outcomes and associated metrics.

Demonstrated experience using data analytics to improve quality, increase satisfaction, and reduce costs.

Current First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
Preferred:

Nursing, Medical, and/or Clinical Informatics degree.
