Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing aerospace organization to identify an experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization experiencing significant growth and play a key role in building out talent across the business.
The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse range of technical and corporate positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team. This is not a highly repetitive, high-volume recruiting environment. Instead, the team works collaboratively across a variety of roles and levels, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning, and taking on new challenges.
With significant growth underway, the team is also actively creating and refining recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working through ambiguity, and contributing ideas that help improve how the team operates. This is a busy environment where adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work independently are important.
Location: Greenwood Village, CO – DTC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, 5 days/week
Pay: $50–$59/hour
Duration: Long-term contract
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Recruit across a variety of technical and corporate positions at multiple levels.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Source, identify, engage, and convert both active and passive candidates.

Develop compelling job postings and candidate outreach strategies.

Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Serve as a brand ambassador when interacting with candidates and at recruiting events.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the ATS.

Track recruiting activity, identify candidate and market trends, and contribute to recruiting metrics.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and overall team efficiency.

Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable legal and organizational requirements.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.

Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions and levels.

Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.

Proven ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities without extensive day-to-day direction.

Comfortable operating in an environment where processes are continually being built and refined.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Experience working with an ATS; Dayforce experience is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Greenwood Village, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
