We’re seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic team that empowers financial advisors and wealth managers through advanced certifications and training. With a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week—primarily mornings and afternoons—you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to members participating in specialized programs like CIMA®, CPWA®, and RMA®. Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $24 to $26.50 an hour and the opportunity to work remotely after a brief in-office training period.
What You’ll Bring:
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and handle inquiries efficiently
- Experience in Salesforce or similar databases is a plus (training provided)
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in membership or certification support
- Comfort with making outbound calls for certification renewals and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record maintenance and mail processing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is advantageous

- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Willingness to assist with occasional clerical tasks, including mailing and system troubleshooting
