Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Senior Customer Experience Account Manager to join a collaborative customer-focused team in Denver, CO. This position will serve as a key point of contact for a major OEM customer, managing customer orders, inquiries, account needs, and issue resolution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has strong B2B customer service or account management experience, along with experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment. This person should be highly organized, comfortable working under pressure, and confident navigating ERP systems, customer portals, EDI, and Excel.

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM

Compensation & Contract Details

Pay: $25/hour

Contract: 6-month contract to start, with potential for extension and possible permanent opportunity based on business needs and performance.

Parking: Lakeshore Talent provides a $150/month parking stipend.

Public transportation is also accessible via nearby light rail.
What You’ll Do
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for a key OEM customer and build a strong, professional customer relationship.

Manage customer orders from initial entry through production and delivery, ensuring customer requirements and timelines are met.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, shipping, returns, and urgent orders.

Monitor and manage open orders, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.

Work closely with internal manufacturing, production, shipping, and other cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and expedite orders when needed.

Communicate professionally with customers through email and other channels, providing timely updates and solutions.

Support customer meetings by preparing relevant information, providing account/order updates, and ensuring you are organized and prepared to address customer needs.

Assist with new part setups and related customer requirements.

Utilize ERP systems, customer portals, and EDI to manage customer information and orders.

Maintain accurate customer information, cases, and interactions within CRM or related systems.

Use Excel to track information, analyze data, create reports, and support customer account management.

Provide product information, product cross-references, and potential product substitutions as appropriate.

Help resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Contribute to team performance and customer experience goals.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of customer service, customer account management, order management, or related experience.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or similar environment strongly preferred.

Experience supporting B2B and/or OEM customers preferred.

Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle and/or SAP.

Familiarity with EDI and electronic customer order processes.

Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, reports, and customer information.

Experience working with customer portals and/or customer-specific systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly professional email communication.

Comfortable participating in and supporting customer meetings.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Ability to problem-solve independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing terminology is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
