Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a dynamic energy company located in the heart of downtown Denver to find a high-level Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected organization, working side by side with senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary: 80K – 105K depending on experience
Bonus:  25%
Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO starting on day one!
Location: 100% onsite in downtown Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Possible Hybrid flexibility based on weekly priorities)
Parking: Onsite parking included


Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and serve as a key partner in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across teams.

This position reports to the Administrative Manager and collaborates with a broader administrative team across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate schedules.
  • Handle emails, calls, and other communications, prioritizing and routing correspondence appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and reports for meetings and executive use.
  • Plan and coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including last-minute adjustments.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events, managing all logistics from start to finish.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure the executive is well-prepared with necessary materials and briefings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage correspondence and responses on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, documents, and confidential information.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports.
  • Support additional senior leaders as needed with administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital tools.

Education & Experience
 

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED plus relevant experience required. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, with priority given to individuals who have supported a CFO.
  • Oil and gas experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in an organization with 500–1,000 employees preferred.
  • Background supporting executives in a publicly traded company is a plus.
