Lakeshore Talent is in search of an In-Home Services Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support participants through high-quality, compassionate in-home care in the Aurora, Colorado area. Position Details

- Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

Travel Required: Approximately 75% travel to participants’ homes within a 30–40 mile radius (mileage reimbursed)
Position Overview
The In-Home Services CNA provides routine, restorative, and supportive care to participants in their homes. This role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring participant health status, and ensuring care is delivered according to established plans of care and regulatory guidelines. Reliable in-home presence and travel are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Provide restorative and supportive care such as ambulation, transfers, positioning, skin care, catheter care, and oxygen support as assigned
- Monitor and document vital signs, weight, skin condition, appetite, and changes in functional ability
- Accurately document care provided in a timely manner according to policy and regulations
- Report changes in condition, incidents, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate clinical supervisor
- Participate in care planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Perform basic household services essential to participant health and safety
- Complete visit records and required documentation per agency guidelines
- Attend required in-services, continuing education, and mandatory trainings (minimum 12 hours annually)
- Follow all safety, infection control, and quality management standards
- Accept assignments only within the scope of completed training and certification
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state-issued CNA license
- CPR, BLS, and First Aid certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross; in-person only)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance as required by law
- Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements
- CNA, CPR/BLS, and First Aid certifications
- Physical exam within 30 days and medical clearance form completed by a physician
- TB test (negative within 1 year)
- Flu vaccination (October–April) or approved declination
- Background checks including OIG and Colorado-specific screenings
- Drug screening (clinical panel required)
- Completion of required policy acknowledgements, training handbooks, and orientation documentation
