Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator for a full-time, 6-month contract opportunity supporting a well-established nonprofit organization serving the Denver community.

This primarily remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing events, and making a positive impact in the community. While most work can be done remotely, candidates should be available to attend occasional local events, including some evenings or weekends as needed.

In this position, you’ll help coordinate fundraising efforts, community engagement initiatives, volunteer activities, and donor outreach. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure events run smoothly, maintain accurate records in a CRM system, communicate with donors, vendors, and volunteers, and provide administrative support for marketing and fundraising campaigns.

Location: Denver Metro
Pay Rate: $20/hr-$29/hr depending on experience
 

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate fundraising and community engagement events

• Communicate with donors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners by phone and email

• Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and volunteer coordination

• Maintain CRM records and track donor and event information

• Prepare marketing materials and administrative documentation

• Support fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams to help achieve fundraising goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, fundraising, customer service, sales, nonprofit organizations, marketing, or community outreach

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Comfortable speaking with a variety of stakeholders over the phone

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Passion for serving the community and supporting mission-driven work
